The Importance of Data Logging as a Targeted Individual ๐ |
This blog post will be divided into the following sections:
- Introduction
- Essential hardware for data logging
- Essential software / applications for data logging
- Data logging: Best practices
Introduction
Following years of research and development, I'm confident that I've reached a stage in my journey as a targeted individual where I can safely say that I'm capturing the 'right data'.
The 'right data' is considered to be what a targeted individual can present as proof of their targeting. It is the kind of data that can't easily be gaslit or disregarded.
It is data that is competent.
Yes, it's true that targeted individuals commonly capture images and videos of stalking incidents and the various forms of coordinated harassment they encounter on a daily basis (e.g. neighborhood mobbing).
It's also true that most targeted individuals use their smartphones to achieve this.

Smartphone image and video capture is so popular because of how convenient and fast it is. |
However, if you're subjected to electronic harassment and hacking in addition to the standard stalking and subversion tactics, images and videos alone simply won't cut it.
As a targeted individual, you'd need to go further than that to develop a highly competent data logging regimen that will ensure you're not just wasting your time in a bubble of false hope.
๐ค Imagine going through years of organized harassment and not being able to show any reliable and competent data to back up your story ? . . . Yes, as you can imagine, this would be a nightmare.
It's a nightmare that can be avoided if you do the right thing.
The purpose of this blog post is to present tried and tested information on the subject of data logging, which will in turn help you revise your current data logging regimen and make improvements where necessary.
I do not claim to know it all. However I'm confident about the information I'm going to present to you in this blog post because it has worked for me time and again.
Essential hardware for data logging
The following are the 'must have' hardware devices that I believe you would need to ensure you are logging the 'right data':
![]() |
Laptop Computer |
A laptop computer is the core of your data logging operations. It will act as a hub that connects to all your other essential data logging hardware.
Without a laptop computer, it is simply not possible to implement a competent data logging regimen.
Furthermore, a laptop computer will be absolutely essential for all kinds of data processing and data visualization operations.
You also don't need to have the most powerful laptop out there either. You can get a budget laptop with:
- An intel i3 CPU or higher
- At least 8GB of RAM
- Nothing less than a 500gb internal hard drive
A system with those sort of specifications will be very affordable.
Another thing you might want to consider is portability. A system with a screen size of between 13 - 14 inches is optimal. Anything larger than that will be an inconvenience (which is why I don't recommend a desktop system).
As a targeted individual, it is highly likely that you'll be moving around quite a lot. Having a portable and fully functional system is the way to go.
A padded laptop backpack would also be highly recommended to protect your laptop computer. You can grab online at a really affordable price.

2.5 inch external hard drive |
Another core component of your data logging arsenal. An external hard drive is where you're going to be storing all your important data.
Storing data for long term periods of time on your computer is not ideal because:
- You will very quickly run out of space.
- A system compromise will expose all your data to an intruder.
Maybe you can store frequently used files or trivial data on your laptop system, but anything other than that should be on an external hard drive.
If you're dedicated to a long term data logging regimen, then you'll definitely need more than one external hard drive.
So be prepared to purchase a new one once the current one starts running out of space.
I highly recommend starting out with an external hard drive with a minimum of 4tb (4 terabytes) of space.
N.B: I have not recommended SSD drives because the space to cost ratio is not worth it. In order words, they are far too expensive for the amount of space they provide.

Audio Recorder (standalone) |
A standalone audio recorder is an indispensable tool that I believe is required for taking audio logs amongst other uses.
I also understand that many TI's might are already using their smartphones to take audio logs which is a very big 'no no'.
While taking audio logs with your smartphone is convenient, your data is not secure at all due to how easy it is to compromise smartphones using stingray devices.
You might take a crucial audio log for example, and a perp nearby can just hack into your phone and delete the audio log.
They couldn't possibly do that with a stand alone audio recorder.
Furthermore, standalone audio recorders capture a far higher quality of audio than any smartphone microphone out there.
A very important point to note is this: Make sure you purchase a stand alone audio recorder that has a line out functionality. If it doesn't ? Then it isn't worth your money.
I would also recommend purchasing a standalone audio recorder with a minimum of 64GB internal memory or 64 MicroSD card (depending on if the memory is removable/external).
- EVISTR L357 128GB Digital Audio Recorder
- NekSide 64GB Digital Audio Recorder
I consider it to be one of my most valuable accessories because of just how much it amplifies the quality of my audio logs. It's very sensitive and has a very good recording range.
You can connect this microphone to the 'LINE OUT' port of the standalone audio recorder to extend the functionality of the device.
You don't really need to buy them seeing as the standalone audio recorders already have dual microphones built into them. But I have discovered that the 3.5mm microphone accessory greatly enhances the recording capabilities of the audio recording device.
These microphones can easily be purchased online, and they cost very little, so I think they are worth it considering what they can do.

MicroSD Memory Cards |
MicroSD memory cards will be the storage media that will power all your portable devices that don't have internal memory (e.g. actions cameras, standalone audio recorders, etc.).
So I think it's a good idea to purchase quite a few of these.
These days, you can purchase packs of 5 or more MicroSD cards at a decent price.
⚠️Important warning: Please be careful not to purchase unreliable MicroSD card brands simply because they are offered at a very low cost. In the past, I've had memory failures in real-time, and lost a lot of data due to purchasing cheap and unreliable brands that failed me during crucial encounters.
Recommended MicroSD specs:
- U3 Class 10
- Nothing less than 100MB/s write speed
A few years ago, I experienced an unforgettable phone hack. An intruder accessed my smartphone and deleted some key evidence I had stored on it.
Ever since that day, I decided that I would never ever use my smartphone for my photo and video recording needs. This is a decision I have never regretted.
I switched to portable action cameras for the following reasons:
- They are immune to stingray devices / air hacking.
- They are compatible with MicroSD cards (up to 128GB).
- They are far more portable than smartphones.
- They tend to have very good battery stamina (mine can record for 3 hours straight before it needs a charge).
- They can take photos and videos.
- They tend to come with accessories that make them easy to mount. What this means is that you don't need to be holding the device all the time, which is a big problem with smartphones.
Don't get me wrong, there are scenarios where you'd need to use your smartphone to capture images and videos due the smartphone cameras having much better lens.
But these action cameras can still take decent images and videos too. Good enough for recording any gang stalking related incidents. So I was very happy to trade the image and video quality for a device that is much more portable with a much better battery life.
There are many kinds of portable action cameras on the market. I would highly recommend that you do some research into them and get one that suits your needs. They have helped me so much over the years.

The GQ EMF 390 |
An EMF meter is a CORE ESSENTIAL piece of equipment that every TI should have.
Your survival depends on it.
While there are several different brands of EMF meters out there, the only one that I would highly recommend to any anyone is the GQ EMF-390 made by GQ Electronics.
This device has truly saved my life, and it has also opened up a whole new dimension of understanding in regards to the electronic harassment I've experienced for years.
I could literally write a whole thesis on this device.
While I'll be doing a whole blog post / tutorial dedicated to the use of this device, I'll use this opportunity to quickly state why I simply cannot live without this device as a targeted individual:
- It measures and records EMF, EF, and RF readings.
- It logs EMF, EF, and RF simultaneously on a per second basis.
- It is very portable.
- Excellent battery life that can last for over 24 hours logging on a full charge.
- Packed with different settings.
- Very accurate measurements.
- Considering what it's capable of ? I consider this device to be very affordable.
These are only a few reasons why I love this device, and I haven't even began using it to its full potential.

Essential software / applications for data logging
As mentioned before, your laptop computer will be the hub that connects to all your other logging devices. It is where all the essential logging applicants will be installed and ready to use.
Common data logging related tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Textual data logging (daily journal entries).
- Data management.
- Data compression.
- Data analyses.
- Data visualization.
The following list of applications I believe are essential to your day to day data logging activities:
Note: Most of these applications are freely available and multiplatform too (available on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux).
----------------------------------------
- Apache OpenOffice or LibreOffice:
๐ https://www.openoffice.org
๐ https://www.libreoffice.org
๐ป Windows, Linux, Mac OS
These are considered to be the official open and free alternatives to the Microsoft office suite. I absolutely love OpenOffice and LibreOffice, and have used them for years.
You can use them for:
- Data analyses
- Data visualization
- Data management
- Textual data logging & documentation
And so much more. They consists of:
๐ https://www.gqelectronicsllc.com/comersus/store/download.asp
โน️ You should be downloading numbers: 2 and 7 or 8.
The amazing GQ EMF-390 meter comes with a desktop companion software that will allow you to copy over logged EMF, EF, and RF readings to a .csv file on your computer / external hard drive that can be later imported into OpenOffice calc and saved as an ODF spreadsheet (.ods).
This is because this device has a small amount of internal memory that it uses to automatically store these readings (enable it in the device settings).
You can also use the desktop companion software to synchronize the device time with your desktop time, and even perform real-time readings while the device is plugged in.
The GQ EMF-390 will be fully covered in it's own blog post.
- Handbrake
If you save hard drive space, then it means you save a lot of money too.
Handbrake also does batch compression tasks which is handy for transcoding a lot of videos at once.
I will be covering this amazing application in a separate blog post.
It is a 'must have' application if you take audio logs. Tenacity is a much faster version of audacity.
- Element Messenger
Did you know you can use the Element messenger to take daily textual logs of your targeting experiences ?
You can also log images, videos, and documents too.
All you'd need to do is create a private chatroom and log your daily activities there.
I'll be doing a separate blog post on how to use the Element messenger as a journal.
I highly recommend using it as a tool to create annotated videos of your targeting (especially for sites likes YouTube, Bitchute etc.).
You can export to different formats with the existing presets built into the app.
I really like Kdenlive due to just how lightweight and feature packed it is.
For a task of this nature, I can only recommend encryptpad.
Encryptpad allows you to secure your notes with a password and PGP key.
In addition to that, it also has a password generator and key generator built into it.
When it comes to taking quick notes ? I stick to this application.
✅ Journal logs everyday: It is imperative that you keep a good record of your targeting incidents on a daily basis so that you don't forget anything. A textual description of your daily targeting incidents will put you in a position where you can always look at your historical records for greater insights.
✅ Hard drive care: It is highly recommended that you place your hard drives in a padded case / bag. If possible, you can also place them in a padded faraday bag / box. Your hard drives must always be sealed away if you're not actively using them.
✅ Hard drive format: Please ensure that when purchasing external hard drives, that you purchase a pre-formatted exFAT drive as opposed to an NTFS drive (New Technology File System). You can read and write data to exFAT drives on any operating system, while with NTFS drive you can only read and write on Windows and Linux operating systems.
✅ Avoid cheap MicroSD brands: Or you will regret it.
✅ Back up at least 2 times a week: Yes. Frequent backups will prepare you against unexpected data loss incidents.
✅ Video compression will save you money & space: It is a great idea to compress videos if you capture frequently. I'll be doing a tutorial on this.
✅ Audio record when you're asleep: It will surprise you what you'll pick up in the environment that surrounds you when you're unconscious.
Thanks for your time today, stay tuned for the next post, and see you soon !
