Technologically trafficked and targeted individuals are under RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring) using a technique known as EEG HETERODYNING.
Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) is a controversial technology that allows for the observation and potential manipulation of an individual's brain activity from a distance. It has roots in historical projects like MKULTRA, which explored mind control and neurological research.
It is considered to be a highly unethical and invasive form of spying (bio-surveillance of all the targets body functions).

🚩 Monitoring Capabilities: RNM can access an individual's subvocalizations and even visual images from their mind.
🚩 Technological Basis: It utilizes non-ionizing electromagnetic fields and bioelectric research to monitor brain waves.

EEG stands for electroencephalogram. It is a technique that is used to measure the electrical activity of the brain using electrodes placed on the scalp.
The technique + technology has advanced so far, that they don't need to place electrodes on the scalp of the subject, and in this case, the targeted individual.
This is where EEG heterodyning comes in: It is a remote neural monitoring technique that allows the observer to clone the brain function and activity of a target without the need for any electrodes and contact with the target. They can monitor all the target's brain activities and electrical impulses in real time.
Perpetrators can observe the brain function and electrical activity of a target's brain from a close range, which is why they always need someone in the next room / apartment close by / above / below the target monitoring all the target's brainwave activities in real-time.
This is also why the perpetrators need to induce EMF (Electromagnetic Fields) around the target: They allow for effective RNM via EEG Jacking.
A targeted individual will very easily have all the neighbours surrounding them equipped with modified laptops that run EEG applications. These applications will have machine learning and artificial intelligence modules that make use of specially programmed algorithms to map the behavioral patterns of the target based on all the brainwave activities that they're jacking. The EEG applications will decode the target's brainwaves and encode them as images (e.g. what the target is seeing).
This is why they ALWAYS, and I MEAN ALWAYS have to have a perpetrator close to the target.
This information is then broadcast to the rest of the neighbourhood and the wider organized gang stalking network (as well as other hidden third parties) who make the targeted individuals life a live reality show with snuff elements at the core.

This is how the perpetrators surrounding a target are able to anticipate their every move and even torture & harass them via EEG heterodyning:
🚩 A target is sitting down and then suddenly thinks about standing up. Even before they flinch their muscles to stand up ? There are noise signals taking place that coincide with their thoughts and actions (e.g. ambulance sirens, cars + motorcycles beeping, neighbours scuffling, dogs barking, doors opening and slamming).
🚩 A target is about to post something on X or social media. As soon as they load up the page to post something ? There are noise signals taking place that coincide with their thoughts and actions (e.g. ambulance sirens, cars + motorcycles beeping, neighbours scuffling, dogs barking, doors opening and slamming).
🚩A target is thinking of making some food. As soon as they make a move to walk towards the cooker ? There are noise signals taking place that coincide with their thoughts and actions (e.g. ambulance sirens, cars + motorcycles beeping, neighbours scuffling, dogs barking, doors opening and slamming).
🚩The target is sleeping and getting cooked with directed energy weapons. As soon as they wake up and open their eyes ? 🚩 The target is sitting down on the couch and feeling sleepy. Immediately they close their eyes ? They get an electric shock to the brain, muscle spasms, and / or noise signals taking place that coincide with their thoughts and actions (e.g. ambulance sirens, cars + motorcycles beeping, neighbours scuffling, dogs barking, doors opening and slamming).
🚩 The target is sleeping and then wakes up in the morning ? As soon as they open their eyes, there are noise signals taking place that coincide with their thoughts and actions of waking up (e.g. ambulance sirens, cars + motorcycles beeping, neighbours begin scuffling and leaving their flats (night shifters), dogs barking, doors opening, and slamming).
You get the picture.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT: The EEG heterodyning systems work in tandem with AI alarms. These AI alarms have been trained to trigger an automated audible sound alarm system or manually generated noise coming from a perpetrator with a phone / tablet / laptop with the EEG applications each time the target flinches or performs an action that has been recorded and fed into the AI machine learning systems. This is why when the target flinches ? There is some sort of action from the perps. This is how they are able to achieve a high level of accuracy.
