Another interesting night of EMR attacks from the perps that surround me.

I was subjected to a night of intense EMR attacks from the flat below me. These attacks were predominantly aimed at my stomach, and the perps like to do this every week: The pick a part of my body to focus the most intense and damaging EMR attacks. In other words, they rotate this pattern.

While my head, teeth, eyes, heart, and genitals are the most popular, I've had my fair share of abdominal + solar plexus attacks over the years which has led to so many issues like:

- Induced heart burns.
- Lasting abdominal pains.
- Wanting to stool frequently (liquified stool).
- Flatulence issues.

And so on.

Last night, I experienced another one of these attacks, and I woke up this morning with serious abdominal pains and liquified stooling when I went to the toilet. Even before going to bed, the perps on the 6th floor were already attacking my stomach for hours.

I decided to have a look at the spectrogram from last night, and I focused on the section two hours before I woke up. Here is what I found:

And I haven't even looked at the spectrogram from the attack zone beside me yet.

One thing I can definitely say is that perps can pretend, lie, and gaslight. The spectrogram however can never lie.

📅 10:34 22/11/2025: 

Last night was interesting to say the least. At this point in time, I'm still unable to post images to X due to the account restrictions (censorship).

During the early hours of the morning, I was fortunate enough to experience attacks from 766 (beside me) while I was fully awake (but still in bed). I could hear him scuffling to the wardrobe section in his flat (which is where he usually launches attacks from) and then launching very intense pulsating EMR attacks at my head while he must have thought that I was totally asleep.

I quickly grabbed the fortified faraday bag and placed it over my head which protected me from this attack. The attack was so intense, I could feel the F-bag pulsating and moving because of the resistance it provided. 

Prior to this attack, the EMR weapon was on 'AUTOPILOT MODE', and unsurprisingly, this is something that was captured on the spectrogram. This switch between autopilot to manned mode appears one more than one occasion during my sleep time, but here is an example:

📅 19:25 21/11/2025: 

So...this afternoon, I decided to attempt to get some sleep. As you can imagine, the perps sought this as a perfect opportunity to do as much damage as possible with their EMR attacks. The attacks we coming from 662, 663, and 766 (beside me).

Attacks were aimed at:

• Head (especially back)
• Face
• Neck (throat and back)
• Teeth (upper and lower incisors)
• Pelvis + Genitals
• Left ankle

Attacks were being launched with a lot of scuffling and movements coming from 663+ 662 (below) and 766 (beside) me. These attacks were being launched simultaneously, and when I woke up, the blatant scuffling and movement continued.

As soon as I began getting out of bed, there was a lot of chair pulling from 766 (beside me), and the perp in 663 did their loud scuffling and ran out of 663 and went into a room on the 5th floor.

Shortly after, the Nigerian male perp ran out of the building.

It has now become clear to me that the Nigerians have moved from 663 to 566, and are now coming up the stairs to 663 to do their EMR shifts.

I also confirmed something else that I already knew: within each attack zone, they usually work in pairs (mostly male and female, but could be two males in some cases). The perps consist of a mix of Cambodians and foreigners.

I'm being censored (again).

Dear fellow targeted individuals, it seems the 'free speech' platform known as X is up to no good (again).

As of 20/11/2025, I've been unable to upload and post new images to the official X profile at https://x.com/tisanct

After reviewing the situation, I've arrived at the conclusion that this is primarily due to the spectral views and spectrographic data I've been posting to their profile (because they own the platform right ?) in relation to the Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) attacks I've been experiencing in Cambodia (my current location).

If you've been keeping up with the X profile, then you'll already be well aware that these attacks are coming from the neighbours that surround me:

How they surround targets in their homes.

What makes the spectral views so dangerous ?

Unlike numerical EMF readings taken from an EMF meter, the spectral views actually provide a visual map of the nature of EMR attacks over time as well as their unique spectral signatures. They also provide visual data on:

- The type of waveform.
- Intensity of attack.
- The distance between the EMR weapon and the target.

And so much more.

To put it simply, the spectral view tells a highly detailed multi-dimensional story.

And I'm the inventor of this technique too, and have conducted research and development on this subject for years. We already know that the front-line perps don't like targeted individuals exposing their nefarious activities via social media.

We already know that these mainstream social media networks are controlled by the 'controlled opposition'.

For that reason, many TI's tend to experience being shadow banned on places like X, and no one really see's their content. 

I suspect that I'm one of those TI's, and on 20/11/2025, X took it one step further by issuing a hard shadow ban which means that I cannot post any media to my profile. As a matter of fact, this was the last image that I could up-load:

The last image I was able to upload to X on 18/11/2025.

This isn't surprising to me at all.

As a result, I will now shift all my social media updated to this page and my YouTube profile. This is ahead of my account being completely suspended.

Furthermore, I don't have to deal with:

- Poor emoji support.
- Restricted posts with word limits.
- Giving X any more data.

I created this blog for a reason, and I think I will begin fully utilizing the capabilities of this domain (which I own).
