In this blog post, we'll be looking into the common interactions that we technologically trafficked and targeted individuals have with the paid perpetrators (perps) who've been tasked with our daily torture, as well as some suggestions on the most effective ways to handle these interactions.

⚠️ Who is a perpetrator ?

A perpetrator is an agent or bad role player who has been tasked with the systematic destruction of a targeted individual's life by way of organized surveillance, organized harassment, electronic harassment + torture on a daily basis with the end goals of:

- Causing the death of a targeted individual (death engineering).
- Causing the targeted individual to develop serious health conditions (sickness engineering).
- Causing the targeted engineering to be jobless and homeless (joblessness, homelessness, and poverty engineering).
- Causing the institutionalization of a targeted individual (prison, sectioning under the mental health act etc.).

Perpetrators are paid, and almost always work in groups (or terror cells) which form part of a much larger network known as the 'ORGNIZED GANG STALKING NETWORK' or OGSN. 

This is where the term 'GANG STALKING' is gotten from: The fact that paid perpetrators are working as part of a larger network of like minded agents (or should I say 'hive minded agents' ?.

ℹ️ It is important to note that not all perpetrators are paid. Some perpetrators are recruited using electromagnetic manipulation / mind control and psycho-subversive smear campaigns. This is usually done to increase the size of the organized harassment mob against the TI (hate matrix + abuse matrix) with the intent to cause the target to feel intimidated because so many people are against them.

Organized gang stalking is the systematic mobbing of a targeted individual using different surveillance role players and 'SPYSSASSINS'

⚠️ What are the different categories of perpetrators ?

In order to understand the different categories of perpetrators, it is important to first of all observe the pecking order and organizational structure within the ' Organized Gang Stalking Hierarchical Pyramid - OGSHP':

The OGSHP shows the general chain of command within the OGSN from top to bottom. However, most targeted individuals will mostly be interacting with perpetrators on Levels 4 and 5 (to be honest, mostly level 5).

Level 5 has two main subdivisions:

They are extremely important to understanding how to recognize perpetrators which will be discussed in the next section.

⚠️ How do I recognize a perpetrator ?

Over the years, I have noticed something very interesting about all the LEVEL 5 perpetrators that I've encountered (online & offline):

THEY ALL SEEM TO EXHIBIT THE SAME BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS.

All of them.

This is why it is known as 'Organized Gang Stalking'. They all follow the same rule book according to a set or 'ORGANIZED' stalking and harassment protocols handed down to them by their superiors.

Something else that I've observed about ALL the level 5 perps I've ever encountered is that they all fit the same personalities / profiles: Low quality low vibrational beings with no real intelligence and independent thought, and whose minds, behaviors, and expressions are governed by their vain wants and needs.

All of them.

Based on the Organized Gang Stalking Hierarchical Pyramid (OGSHP) - LEVEL 5 FRONT LINE PERPS image in the previous section, here are the things I've noticed:


ONLINE PERPS

Online perps are rampant on social media networks like X, YouTube, and TikTok. Especially TikTok. But beware ! They are not so easy to spot.

Online perps are mainly engagement trolls that are looking to get a reaction out of a targeted individual by:

🚩 Discrediting the content that the TI posts on the subject of organized gang stalking by GASLIEGHTING them. 

🚩 Starting nonsensical arguments / disagreements over the things a TI posts: They always have to come against the TI in some way. They can never agree with the TI in a cordial manner. If they do ? Then it is done sarcastically. There must always be some quirk to their conversations, and they will always like to suggest something that deviates from what the TI posts.

🚩 Expressing needless aggression / antagonism when they seem to have lost their nonsensical arguments against a TI (they like to win arguments in an attempt to belittle the TI). They also display such behaviors when their gasLIEghting and mockery fails. They also do this when the TI exposes them big time.

🚩 Senseless and garbled responses to TI's posts on social media that simply don't make sense. This is done to throw the TI off and upset them. 

🚩 First responder perps that are the first to comment on anything a TI posts, but either always disagree, gaslight, or respond with utter nonsense. No real value in their communications.

🚩 Mimicking: Online perps tend to mimic targeted individuals online by posting content that roughly mirrors the organized gang stalking narrative. 

🚩 Fake experts: Yes, many online perps will engage with a TI while masquerading as experts on the subject of organized gang stalking when in fact their true intentions are to confuse the TI. They will always get upset and display very strong narcissistic traits if the TI does not agree with whatever agenda they're forcing the TI to accept. They will even go as far as dishing out insults. Fake experts like to use coercion and gaslighting a lot. They are always playing psychological games with the targeted individuals, and often use psychological bullying tactics against real TI's. They are keyboard warriors with an agenda. 

If you're a TI who is active on social media and vocal about your organized gang stalking experiences, it is a great idea to stay alert for the aforementioned.

If you come in contact with anyone online who exhibits any combination of the aforementioned traits ? Then they are likely an paid online troll that seek to get your attention and waste your time. 

You will also have to use your discernment when dealing with these online agents seeing as it is common for real TI's end up calling themselves perpetrators simply because they disagree on a subject.

These are the behaviours that members of the organized gang stalking network use to engage a target in their stalking, abuse and harassment matrixes online.


OFFLINE PERPS

Offline perps are much easier to spot than online agents. They are also voracious attention seekers too. 

🚩 They are always around / at home when the TI is at home. If the TI makes a move ? Or perhaps starts to get ready to leave their home ? The perp will either quickly run away from the vicinity or they will leave shortly after when they think the coast is clear. They do this because their cash cow (the TI) is no longer stationary for them to spy on and electronically harass. Their movements are always based upon the movements of the target. They are always hovering around the perimeter of the TI's home. They are able to predict the TI's movement using localized RNM equipment (Remote Neural Monitoring).

🚩 The always like to communicate with other perpetrators in the vicinity using sounds like sirens, engine revving, screeching, road rage noises, fake coughing, fake spitting, fake sneezing, clapping, sudden burst of fake laughter, banging on items, door slams, thumping sounds when the TI makes the slightest flinch, you name it. These scripted actions are a direct response to what the TI is doing privately to let them know that they are being watched. 

🚩 Silent Expressions: They often communicate between themselves using sign language like facial expressions, hand gestures, and even foot gestures. They especially like to do this if they want to covertly communicate between themselves in public.

🚩 They are gasLIEghting LIARS: If a TI ever approaches a neighbour who they suspect is involved in electronically harassing them to discuss their concerns ? They will lie about it, gaslight the TI, and even try and reverse the inquiry back to the TI by making mental health insinuations. They will act like they are totally clueless in an attempt to make the target look 'crazy'. They will never admit to it because they are getting paid to lie.

🚩 Hovering perps + Shopping perps: When a TI is out and about, and even beyond the confines of their local community, they will always notice surveillance role players who seem to be hovering around them and constantly playing on their phones. If the TI moves around a little bit ? The surveillance role player will adjust their position in a stylish way to be within a certain radius of the TI.  

Inside the grocery stores ? They won't purchase anything but will hover around the aisle the TI is at. Pretending to shop around. All around the shop. They usually don't have shopping baskets too. When the TI goes to checkout ? Those same surveillance role players will suddenly appear at the checkout too, wanting to get past / leave the shop at that time. 

🚩 Out of the whole community or organized gang mobbers, they will ALWAYS, and I means ALWAYS send in one of their perps to create a bond with the target and even become friends with them. This is done to gather intel from the target, gaslight them, and even set them up in many cases (e.g. honeypot baits). This type of perpetrator will use targeted conversations to establish a rapport with the target.

🚩Ambient  targeted conversations: Members of the community mob will often use ambient conversations to make the targeted individual feel paranoid and let them know that they are being watched. They do this by discussing subjects that are private to the TI in public and when the TI is walking past them.

🚩Vehicular Stalking: A vehicle parked on the street with someone sitting inside it playing on their phone + taking pictures of the target ? A vehicle driving slowly past the target ? Not to worry. If as a TI you observe these things happening around you ? It is not by accident. These things are well known and well documented tactics and behaviours that members of the OGSN use to engage a target in their stalking, abuse and harassment matrixes offline. 

One last important note: If you ever encounter anyone both online and offline who starts their sentences with:

1) " You do know that . . . "

Then you need to be very careful. There's a 98.9% chance that they are perping. Gaslighting perps tend to use this manner of expression to belittle TI's. 

⚠️ How do I handle my engagements with perpetrators ?


Dealing with perpetrators is something that a TI will perfect over the course of time as they interact with these perpetrators on a daily basis.

Experience is the best teacher.

This blog post is aimed at increasing your knowledge and wisdom in that respect.

The following are suggestions / proposals on how a TI should be handling their engagements with both online and offline perpetrators:

ONLINE PERPS

We've already established that online level 5 engagement trolls are time wasters that are really looking to get the attention and reactions out of a targeted individual.

We've also established that it is not that easy (especially for new TI's) to spot them.

Based on my experiences over the years, I have come to the conclusion that 'SILENCE IS THE BEST ANSWER FOR A FOOL'.

Yes, these foolish creatures exist to steal the energy of a TI each time the TI engages with them. They want to trap he TI in their abuse matrix by way of targeted and nonsensical interactions. So the best possible way to deal with them is to either ignore them, or use the lethal combination of 'BLOCK + DELETE'.

This is the advantage of the online space: There are tools that a TI could use to minimize their interactions with these low vibrational demons. 

Saying that, a TI's interaction with these paid online trolls will really boil down to their discernment.

I myself have been making the mistake of responding to these online trolls because I naturally have a fighting spirit in me. I like to shut them up with my own response.

Moving forward ? This will definitely change. 


OFFLINE PERPS

We've already established that offline level 5 perps are easier to spot than online perps.

However they are by far the most dangerous of the level 5 perps simply because interacting with them in the wrong manner, or falling for their numerous traps could easily be the end of a TI. 

This is why I would highly recommend the following as the best ways a TI should be handling their interactions with level 5 offline perps:

🚩 Avoid arguing with them: No amount of arguments with offline perpetrators will result in a sensible conclusion. Even if a TI wins the argument, they will subvert the TI in another way by carrying out revenge attacks (radiating the TI even more). They are low vibrational creatures after all. Furthermore, arguing with offline level 5 perps could be a trap to make a TI look aggressive, argumentative, crazy, and a general trouble maker which could lead to the TI getting evicted from their home (homelessness engineering), sectioned under the mental health act, or arrested and put in jail in a scenario where an argument escalates into a fight. These are the outcomes the OGSN are looking for, and which a TI must be avoid at all costs. If possible, a TI should de-escalate any possible confrontations with perps by ignoring them, or speaking to them in a professional, calm, and non-confrontational manner. This will completely destroy their 'he / she is crazy and aggressive' setup. The OGSN use such interactions to build up a profile on a TI and collect evidence against them. The same technique should be used if a TI comes in contact with the police. Whatever you do, do not loose your temper and start screaming. If you do this, then you've fallen for their trap.

🚩 As a TI, you should document every interaction you have with offline level 5 perps. Do this in whichever way you feel is best. Why ? Because they are liars. They can take your own words and use them against you later.

🚩 Noise campaigns ? Ignore them and record them. Simple.

🚩 It is highly recommended that TI's should purchase a small action camera with a good battery life and take it absolutely everywhere with them. Purchase a lot of MicroSD cards too. Using smartphones to document interactions with offline perps and vehicular stalkers is dangerous and unwise simply because they can use STINGRAY devices to hack these smartphones and delete any vital evidence against them. 

🚩 When in public recording offline gang stalking interactions and incidents ? Please ensure that as a TI, you are not blatant and confrontational with anyone. Phones are blatant, action cameras are not. 

🚩 If you live in an apartment complex, never fight with your landlord or bring the issues of organized gang stalking or electronic harassment to them. Yes, you know they are part of it, but you must ensure that you are civil with them and pay your rent.


While these recommendations are not exhaustive, they will ensure that as a TI, you'll be giving less time and attention to these perps, and allocating that time and attention to your growth and survival.
